TGML

The TGML sequencing platform, located at TAGC (U1090) on the Luminy Campus of Aix-Marseille University is headed by B. Loriod and Pr. Puthier. The TGML is part of IBiSA (Health Biology and Agronomy Infrastructures), France Genomics, Marseille Maladie Rares (MarMaRa) and AMU technology platform network. TGML is certified "ISO 9001: 2015 & NFX 50-900: 2016" and offers a state-of-the-art set of genomic solutions including transcriptomic (e.g. scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, RNA-seq, miRNA-seq), genome analysis (e.g. DNA-seq: SNPs, small/large InDels, full exome, targeted sequencing after capture) and epigenomic (e.g. ChIP-seq, Mnase-seq, FAIRE-seq, CapStarr-Seq).
